This holiday season, help bring the life-changing gift of clean water.
In Kihagani Kyakantu Community, 400 community members struggle with water every single day. Their only water source is a faraway, contaminated seasonal pond. Here, water-related illnesses leave people too ill to work or attend school. Most of the community's families farm cattle for their livelihood, but with water so difficult to bring home, it's nearly impossible to keep huge animals like cattle fed and watered.
In Kihagani Kyakantu, both people and cattle are dying. But today, you can give Trevor and others the gift of clean water to ease their troubles.

"I come back from school at four p.m., get a simple drink, then go to fetch water at the [pond] to wash my uniforms and cook food," said ten-year-old Trevor. "Fetching water from the [pond] is risky because chances are high that a child can fall into the [pond], and chances for survival are minimal."
Help Families like Trevor's
Unfortunately, Trevor and Kihagani Kyakantu Community's water problems are not unique. All across our program areas, families are suffering without access to clean and reliable water. During this season of giving, you can bring about lasting change so Trevor, his family, and countless others can escape this endless struggle.
